“Diversity in Vocational Training SME” is a small scale, 3-partner project led by Germany
(International Education UG) in co-operation with Ireland (SourceResource) and Malta (Easy
Job Bridge). The aim of the project is to establish a diversity network for SMEs in the EU and
to set up training and exchange programmes with the assistance of subject matter experts
from amongst the 3 project partners. This partnership will run until 2025 and cooperation
between the partners and the expanded diversity network is expected to continue beyond
